Covid-19 Safety Protocols Update


HOURS: We are open seven days a week to reduce the number of people in the salon.  We often have same day availability, but we have to make appointments for anyone coming into the salon.  The front desk is making appointments and can be reached by:

We are so excited to be able to take care of your hair again! Our primary focus is to keep our clients and community safe and healthy. We want to assure you that all of our stylists and staff are adhering to state and federal guidelines.

Please know this is going to be a different salon experience for you as a client, since maintaining industry and community standards of cleanliness and safety impacts the salon environment. Staff are screened before coming to work each day and are wearing appropriate Personal Protective Equipment, like masks and gloves, at all times.

Staff is staggered and limited to maintain ten or less people in the salon at all times. Stations and products are cleaned after each client.  All clients and visitors are also be required to wear a mask upon entering the building. Furthermore, we ask that only clients with pre-scheduled appointments come to the salon. This is not a time for gathering and communion. No drop-ins; please call to see if we can accommodate you.

We are instituting mandatory check-in procedures at the salon. Clients must wait outside the salon until they are invited into the salon by their stylist. Upon entering, clients will have their temperature taken, and both client and stylist will be directed to wash their hands. Clients will fill out a quick form before salon services can begin. Failure to sign this form will result in the rescheduling of the appointment until compliance is agreed upon. 

For those who request it, we are offering limited contact and express services to minimize appointment duration, and we will also require virtual or phone consultations before color appointments. At this time we are not offering any makeup, skin care or manicuring services.

We also have “stay and pay,” allowing clients to pay directly from your stylists chair while your service is completed, by phone, text or facetime.

To accommodate our clients during these limitations, we will open every day from 9am to 9pm. All calls and checkouts will be handled remotely.
